Information collected
The Workflow Leak Finder may collect your answers, name, business name, email address, optional workflow example, and whether you request a personalized review. Hosting and security providers may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser, and request logs.
How information is used
Information is used to provide your preliminary result, respond to review requests, communicate about the workflow you submitted, protect the service, and improve the assessment and its result modules. Workflow Advantage does not sell personal information.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers used to host the website, store submissions, and deliver email, including Vercel, Supabase, and Resend when those services are configured. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
Sensitive information
Do not submit protected health information, payment-card details, account passwords, confidential legal information, or other highly sensitive data through the public form. Regulated or sensitive workflows require separate review before implementation.
Retention and requests
Submissions are retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, improve the assessment, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing scott@getworkflowadvantage.com.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the service and its providers change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
